High-Her Frequency is a docu-series about female artists: musicians, composers, filmmakers, visual artists, choreographers, performance artists and writers, who use art to elevate, empower, inspire, unite, and to bring about awareness to social and environmental issues. The film project is a unique, unconventional perspective on using art as a call to action and a vehicle to mobilize. It is indeed, the embodiment of the Art of Revolution. This is the first film in what will be a series of 30-40 minute docufilms.
